Supplies: Glue Stick, Scissors, Magazines, An Empty Album, board or piece of paper, Positive Energy, A Sense of Play, A Break from Your Everyday Cynicism 

You'll need sections for Career, Finance, Family, Friendships, Charity, Love, Relationships, & Spirituality. Cut, glue, paste and create your dream life on paper! No limits. Go for it.

Add for your favorite affirmations, yes, and even photos of you.

Abiola's Goddess Vision Board II

A Goddess Dream Book is basically a Vision Board with Covers. You know, as in The Secret, Law of Attraction and works like that. The difference is that I include not only aspirational images or things that inspire me, but I also include affirmations and photos of things I have already accomplished. Then when I look at the pages, things seem more doable.

My Goddess Dreambook, or Vision Board Book, if you will, has sections for Career, Finance, Family, Friendships, Leisure, Love, Relationships and Romance. It’s kind of cool that the book was included on VH1’s Tough Love even though they didn’t show the whole thing because maybe someone will google it and find it.

 And generally I would say this is too personal to share, so make it just for you. But hey! I'm on a reality show...
