Welcome, dahling! I was giving empowerment speeches, involved in safe sex activism and hosting my own BET show with a weekly lifestyle advice column in the national urban newspaper Rolling Out when I decided to go undercover on VH1's "Tough Love" as a social experiment. It was tons of fun and every TV matchmaker I have ever met has a love life in the toilet so it's up to US to realize that there are no gurus.

We are the ones we've been waiting for. Since then in addition to sharing advice with you I've been giving empowerment love talks and been an MTV "Made" Dating Coach.
