I am so excited to tell you about my involvement in the Pepsi We Inspire project. Pepsi has created a beautiful micro-blog community for women of color - "icons and storytellers." The Icons include Queen Latifah, Taraji Hensen, Raven Symone, Dr. Robin Smith, Thandie Newton and Keyshia Cole and The Storytellers include ME, Abiola Abrams, along with several wonderful artistic and brilliant New York City goddess girlfriends: editor Nichelle Stephens, Twanna Hines the Funky Brown Chick, The Purple Vintage Space Princess, Nana of Nightly Candy and more.

You know who else it includes? YOU!! Regardless of your background WE invite YOU to come play with us and bask in the inspiration, motivation and fun on Pepsi We Inspire.

What Inspires You?

The Official Details: Whether they spring from the mouths of loved ones, through the media or from within our hearts, stories inspire, motivate, inform and strengthen our relationships. Pepsi We Inspire will tap into the powerful bonds between women by creating a platform built just for them. Singers, thespians, and authors, whoever uplifts and entertains, will be a part of this community as they too share their own intimate moments, like the songs, movies and recipes that make their own lives just a little more blissful.
